At Karupatti Home Coffee Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to prepare and deliver your orders with quality and accuracy. However, if you are not satisfied with your experience, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Food Orders
- Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered or collected.
- If you receive the wrong order, missing items, or your order is not up to the expected quality, please contact us immediately upon delivery or pickup.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Missing items in your order.
- Order not delivered as confirmed.
- Product is spoiled or unsafe to consume (with valid proof).
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 1 hour of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence (if applicable).
3. Refund Process
- Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund via the original method of payment or offer store credit — based on your preference.
- Refunds typically take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 3 minutes of placing them, provided food preparation has not begun.
- Once the order is under preparation, cancellations will not be possible, and the full charge will apply.
